This site is intended for mobile use on a iOS or android device.
CASES = Opens the Case browser screen. Cases are separated into two categories, those with a given diagnosis and those with a hidden diagnosis. Once the case is selected in either column, it will bring up the case menu.
CASE MENU OPTIONS:
VIEW CASE = Opens up case viewer. Swipe left and right to advance image or click on left/right arrows. If loading is slow, try to click through the entire case first to load each image, then scrolling should be quick.
Click the back button to return to the case menu.
ADD’L VIEWS, PRIOR CASE, FOLLOWUP = If available, you may select these options in the case to view additional images that are related to the case. For instance, these may represent a CXR on a V/Q Scan case or a coronal view for a CT scan.
COMPANION CASES = If available, these are cases that are similar in presentation, findings and/or diagnosis. Viewing these cases will help build your differential diagnosis for a given case.
KEY IMAGE = The key image contains only the image of interest that includes the abnormality.
KEY FINDING = Key findings will show an annotated version of the key image with a brief description of the findings. No diagnosis will be given on this image.
DIAGNOSIS = Diagnosis and any relevant discussion or followup regarding the patient’s care after the image interpretation.
MAIN MENU = Return to the main screen.
Enjoy!
