Axial images through the lower abdomen demonstrate multiple colonic diverticula. Some appear hyperdense (red arrow) and others with air. There is significant pericolonic fat stranding and peritoneal thickening. No significant free intraperitoneal air or fluid. No abscess or fistula formation. No obstructive urolithiasis.
